For Sunday brunch, we ate at the Pacific restaurant at The Hotel Grand Pacific in Victoria. It is located in the inner harbour. We ate brunch a year ago as well, and we liked the dishes.

We ordered from their brunch menu.

Collin ordered traditional eggs Benedict, and I ordered Pacific salmon open sandwiches. Eggs Bene is served with béarnaise sauce, and he said he preferred to Hollandaise.

The brunch menu said the open sandwiches are served with your choice of tossed green salad, fries, or soup of the day. The waitress said there is a choice of sweet potatoes fries, so I chose, but it seemed like extra charge. Also, it was not technically sweet potatoes, but yam potatoes. 🙂
