Collin and I wanted to go to brunch together, but he said that he didn’t have time for it. As it was a sunny day, which was quite rare in October, I enjoyed walking alone around Coal Harbour.

There are a few restaurants along Canada Place and Coal Harbour. I saw the sign for De Dutch Pannekoek House, so I decided to go there. It was first time for me to try this restaurant, as their locations are not nearby where I usually go and also I thought they serve breakfast mainly. This Coal Harbour location is probably quite new, so it is clean and you would enjoy great view if it’s sunny.

When I took a picture of it and sent to Collin, he was really envious! čśŤ

So, what happened was I had to go there on the next day with him, too. We ordered from Pannekoeken.

Do you know how much calories each dish has? There is a nutritional information on their website. I looked for my Frech Toast, and it says over 1,100 kcal! :O

On my last day in Whistler, I had to check out the hotel before 10:00am, so I decided to have breakfast on my way to ski. There are a few places in Whistler Village, but I chose the one that I often go after skiing.

Gone Bakery & Soup is open from early morning and is close to the Tourism Information at the entrance of Whistler village.

I ordered from their breakfast menu.

Pancakes and Berries
(A stack of warm freshly cooked pancakes topped with locally grown berries with side of maple syrup)

I forgot to take a picture of coffee, but theirs are so good. They use organic coffee.

I also bought a croissant for my lunch to eat on the mountain.
