Continuing about Christmas Market in Vancouver, I claimed for the season’s pass when I got home. As I mentioned on the post yesterday, you will get the instructions once you paid. Anyways, when I claimed, the first email came right away, which didn’t have any information for season’s pass and I seemed to have to wait. On the next morning, we both got the second email for the pass.

Collin wanted to go on the next day, too! ūüėÄ Well, let’s go, since it’s a free pass now. On the first day, we arrived after noon, so the line-up was a bit long but it was still quick that the line moved. On the second day with the pass, it took a second to get in, as you can get in from a VIP ticket booth.

The pictures today were taken on our second visit.

We got some food for lunch, choosing different food. This time, we both chose the same one.

I just realized this food was from the same company as Bratwurst. If you order the meal one, the haxen (ham hock) comes with bone. The meat was so tender and filled my stomach.

After eating, we checked out the line-up for the ornaments in the building, but there was a long line-up already. Collin can’t wait because he had to go to work soon, so we had some dessert instead. Dessert again?! Yeah! ūüôā

Collin had this. I tasted, but it was too sweet for me. He, of course, liked it!

I liked this Tiramisu cheesecake. The crust outside was bit hard to bite, but the filling was tasty.

Here is an extra picture. There was a stage that people do some performance.

As I said in the previous post, Collin wanted to cook whatever he wanted, instead of chopped challenge. I just requested to use eggs.

As second course, he made Braised Ham Hock in Butternut Squash Demi served with Fried Egg and Havarti.

The meat was tender, but the egg york was much stronger taste than the sauce so that I didn’t really taste butternut squash.
