Collin said he wanted to go to Teppan Village again, so I made a reservation at 8:00 pm. The restaurant is located close to Whistler Gondola. They entertain you while a chef cooks at the table.

We ordered from their signature dinners menu, Steak and Lobster Dinner, which comes with garden salad, Miso soup, Teppan vegetables, and rice. The chef gave three kinds of dipping sauce to each of all at the table and explained that Ponzu with ground Daikon radish is good for seafood, ginger soy sauce is good for veggies, and sesame sauce is good for meat. (Well, you can use whichever you like. :))

Collin’s family took us for dinner while we were staying in Whistler. I have never been to the restaurant, as it is far from the village. Rim Rock Cafe serves both seafood and meat.

We ordered from their regular and special menu.

For Collin’s birthday, his family invited us for a restaurant, Le Crocodile. It is a French restaurant, located in the center of downtown Vancouver.

We were six of us, so I will write in three separate posts, appetizer, main, and dessert. This is about main dish. For appetizer, click here. There were a lot of specials for main dish as well and I couldn’t remember all.
