I knew about this bakery two years ago when I went hiking in Whistler with people whom I met a month before. After hiking, we came down by the lift on Blackcomb mountain, and there was a Farmer’s Market at the base. One of our group was excited when she found this bakery at the market, and she told me their bread was firm and tasty.

As I mentioned in the previous post, I was at the Farmer’s Market in Vancouver, and I saw this Purebread bakery at the booth!

Rustic Italian Bread and Almond Croissant

Rustic Italian Bread and Almond Croissant at Purebread at Farmer's Market

Compared to the bakery in the previous post, the almond croissant was so good. Well, it is expensive, but if you think this is a treat once for a while, then isn’t it OK? 🙂

Italian bread was hard, as I imagined. It may not have worked for my breakfast, as I like toast  soft.

They open a new store in Whistler Village, so it is easier to access than Function Junction, as well as you can get there in the daily basis, compared to the market.
